The bloke is unassuming and when I first meet him I did’nt see a customer service dude in him, but, when we needed him the most, he flew into action like superman of the customer service world and all totally unsupervised.

BOB, mate you are a legend, based on your recent performance they should pay you more and from me and my family we THANKYOU and sincerely appreciate ALL your help.

I am a long term client of yours at KSS Camperdown occupying a unit in the wine storage section. I write simply to tell you how continually impressed I am with the quality of the staff and the service they provide.

Maria and the team, are always courteous, helpful and highly professional. I have wine delivered on a regular basis and always receive a call as soon as delivery occurs, usually from Maria herself, who also secures the wine until I am able to get to Camperdown. This is high quality service for me, a fact that I pass on to friends who are interested in my wine storage facilities.
