Both of our Teams from the Hawkes Bay – Napier ( who also run the satellite Onekawa facility ) and Hastings had beaming smiles after being recognised recently at the Annual Kennards Self Storage Achievement Awards,  where the company celebrate the achievements of Team Members and Centres.

On the night, three awards were given to the Napier Team, lead by Joshua Johnston along with Nealla Lyttle and Jonathan Claybourne; for exceptional Sales Excellence, Sustained Growth of their Centres and the Gold standard for Centre presentation. The Sales Excellence Award is of significant achievement, as this recognises consistent superior levels of customer services. This is measured over the year by an independent Mystery Shopper company for all Team Members, so receiving this award is definitely something special.

The Hastings Team lead by Kelly Lang along with Nealla Lyttle were also recognised for  Gold standard; exceptional centre presentation, ensuring that their customers were enjoying one of best presented storage facilities within the business. Quite often we do not realise that an appealing, clean and well maintained property is crucial in the minds of a customer who has a choice of where they want to store.

These awards are not just given out, the standard and threshold to achieve selection is in the top tier to ensure true achievement is recognised, and currently with a total of 90 Kennards Self Storage sites across both New Zealand and Australia the competition is high.
