Kennards Self Storage are pleased to start the building of our new purpose-built storage facility in Wairau Valley that is due for completion in October this year. Situated on the major motorway off-ramp at Wairau Valley, no one will miss this facility standing approximately 21 metres above ground level in our corporate Brand blue and orange colours.

This new facility has been designed for the many varied users of self storage who rate “ease of use” as one of the predominate requests in their ‘ideal storage facility’. From the drive-up dock way located close to the lifts, to the easy use of trolleys and covered access ways making it ideal for any user to load and unload to their unit.

Premium units on the ground floor have been created for the larger size storers as they tend to use their units almost daily and appreciate the ground floor access. While value priced units are provided in all size ranges from a cubic meter locker up to 18m2 on the higher levels, serviced by two commercial sized lifts that can easily fit the largest trolley and people without the feeling of being compacted into a tight space.

We are providing a conference room to storers that can be booked and seats up to six people. A side room has also been created with a dedicated area for a Wi-Fi hotspot.



With all our new centres, an open plan office with a box shop stocking our full range of storage boxes and merchandise will be available during business hours and the centre will have 24/7 access via your secure pin code, so you can visit your unit any time day or night.
